She is a Leadership Facilitator and Coach with expertise in Talent Management and L&D. With over 13 years of corporate leadership experience across diverse sectors like Consulting, NBFC, Real Estate, and Communications, she has played a key role in hiring the best talent and creating an environment that fosters their growth. Her last role was as Head HR for a Private Wealth firm in India.

She now runs her own practice (Bodhi Tree) where she facilitates workshops in self and team leadership and serves as a Leadership/Career Coach. She is also a sought-after speaker for motivational talks, with clients across various sectors.

On a personal note, she is a Stage 4 breast cancer survivor and an active advocate for breast cancer awareness. She regularly speaks in forums (media and organizations) in Singapore and India, sharing her story and raising awareness.
