As momenta utilizes the Skilleto Platform for enrollment and payment management, all refund requests and withdrawals are processed in strict accordance with the Skilleto Platform User Agreement and SSG Regulatory Guidelines.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we recommend transferring to the next program run.
Please contact the Program Manager via WhatsApp at +65 8719 2059 to facilitate your rescheduling.

Course Cancellation by Training Provider
In the event that momenta cancels or postpones a course (e.g., due to not meeting minimum class size or unforeseen circumstances):

A 100% Full Refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Alternatively, learners may opt to reschedule to the next available date after consulting with Program Manager (refer to “Rescheduling” instruction above).
