With over 16 years of experience as an educator and policy maker, she is highly skilled in navigating the complex landscape of education policy in Singapore. Her expertise in policy formulation for education stems from her extensive experience in the education sector in Singapore, which began in 2007. 

Since then, she has held several key positions within the Ministry of Education and has played a crucial role in developing curriculum and educational policies.
