At Entrepreneur Leadership Institute, we strive to provide high-quality courses that meet the needs and expectations of our learners. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have established the following refund policy:

Course Fees & Refund Policy:

  • The course fee covers all training materials and final assessment. The WSQ courses offered are eligible for SSG grant (eligibility criteria applies).
  • Cancellation and postponement policy will be published on website and course registration form.
  • In case learners cannot attend on a scheduled training date, it is recommended that they attend the next program run (reschedule).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Should a learner cancel his/her enrolment after the Course Agreement / Statement of Work has been accepted, the following cancellation charges will apply:

The cancellation charge is in addition to any travel cancellation fees incurred including flight and hotel cancellation fees, if any.

Postponement Policy

  • Should a client postpone any program delivery after the Course Agreement / Statement of Work has been signed, and/or delivery date has been confirmed:
