Alan Hepburn

Alan Hepburn is a dynamic entrepreneur and hospitality industry veteran with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in Asia. As the Managing Partner of Advisory Board Consultants, he assembles high-impact boards for diverse companies, driving strategic growth. He also leads The Hepburn Group, consulting for developers and operators in the leisure and hospitality sectors, specializing in market entry strategies and building high-performance leadership teams.

Alan’s entrepreneurial journey includes leading a children’s edutainment company with award-winning KidZania franchises and founding the iconic Three On The Bund in Shanghai, recognized as the first luxury brand from China. His extensive hospitality experience encompasses directing transformative programs and new concept openings for world-renowned hotel companies.

An active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Alan is a sought-after leadership trainer and currently serves on the Executive Committee for the YPO Singapore Chapter. He contributes his expertise to various Advisory Boards, including Mypetgo, and has previously chaired the Board of Trustees at Dulwich College, Shanghai, and served as Vice Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce, China.

A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a graduate of Westminster University, Alan’s entrepreneurial acumen and dedication to innovation have earned him numerous accolades, including induction into the Global Scot Hall of Fame in 2018.
