With over 17 years of experience in Training Consultancy and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), Joshini is currently the Chief Business Officer of a telemedicine start-up, Doctor On-line, where she oversees business development, operations, and the building of the organization’s core team.

Having previously managed the Malaysian team at Momenta Group, a training consultancy, she was responsible for operations, financial performance, and strategic direction, managing projects between S$500,000 and S$1.1 million. She led a team of 10, driving operational efficiency while maintaining strong partner relations with consultants and facilitators.

Her career in MICE began with Marcus Evans, where she researched topics, developed conference agendas, and managed various stakeholders in the running of conferences, ensuring budget compliance and successful event execution. The various other organizations she joined within the MICE industry further developed her organizational and mentoring skills, as she built, onboarded, trained, and managed teams.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, majoring in Mathematics and Economics, from Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Her strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proficiency in multiple languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil, Mandarin, and Cantonese), allow her to navigate diverse business environments effectively.
