Business runs in Tim Ong’s blood. From a young age, he exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit, organizing fundraising events, school trips, and competing in local business competitions. These early experiences laid a strong foundation for his diverse career.

With a passion for the culinary arts, Tim pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Australia. He then moved to Singapore, a culinary hub, to further hone his skills. There, he launched a successful hospitality business catering to the educational sector and expanded his expertise into traditional restaurant ventures.

Tim’s journey in Asia extended to the vibrant streets of Bangkok, where he immersed himself in social impact initiatives. He collaborated with local leaders on leadership development projects, witnessing firsthand the transformative impact they had on the lives of the underprivileged.

For over a decade, Tim has been a prominent figure in culinary education. He has established one of the largest culinary education camps for students in Asia, made TV appearances on food channels, and participated in guest chef events across the continent. His business acumen extends beyond hospitality, reflecting his passion for connecting with people, uncovering hidden talents, and customizing leadership development programs.
