As a Lead Manager in the Ministry of Education in Singapore, Renee Chong has a proven track record of successfully formulating education policies, including manpower planning and enrolment projection, related to admission criteria to the post-secondary pathways, particularly in the context of Full Subject-based Banding (FSBB). With over 16 years of experience as an educator and policy maker, she is highly skilled in navigating the complex landscape of education policy in Singapore. Her expertise in policy formulation for education stems from her extensive experience in the education sector in Singapore, which began in 2007.

Since then, Renee Chong has held several key positions within the Ministry of Education and has played a crucial role in developing curriculum and educational policies.
