At Entrepreneur Leadership Institute, we strive to provide high-quality courses that meet the needs and expectations of our learners. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have established the following refund policy:
Course Fees & Refund Policy:
- The course fee covers all training materials and final assessment. The WSQ courses offered are eligible for SSG grant (eligibility criteria applies).
- Cancellation and postponement policy will be published on website and course registration form.
- In case learners cannot attend on a scheduled training date, it is recommended that they attend the next program run (reschedule).
Cancellation Policy:
- Should a learner cancel his/her enrolment after the Course Agreement / Statement of Work has been accepted, the following cancellation charges will apply:
