Proven, Time-Tested leadership model
We are excited to introduce an innovative “card game” learning activity, launching in Singapore, designed by Dr. Tommy Tan. This activity aims to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience guided by certified facilitators. The card game learning activity will take approximately 30 minutes, followed by 2 hours of active group learning. During the card gaming session, we will delve into the Workplace Sustainability Learning Strategy covered in the card game. You will have the opportunity to interact, engage, and learn through a variety of methods, including group discussions, mini lectures, scenarios, and case studies. The goal is to ensure a dynamic and enriching learning experience for all participants.
Course objectives
- Validate your talent development, futureofwork & workplace sustainability learning knowledge.
- Build confidence in your skills and abilities as a talent development professional.
- Build personal, professional, and organizational capability through in- depth and fun content review and application exercises.
Mode of assessment
To encourage transfer of learning, the course incorporates:
- Written assessment (short answer questions)
- Written assessment (case study)
At the completion of the course, e-certificate will be awarded to trainees who have demonstrated competency in the WSQ assessment and achieved at least 75% attendance.
Trainer Profile
Dr. Tommy Tan is a highly accomplished Omnipreneur with over two decades of experience leading human resources in Asia. He possesses a deep understanding of the Asian workforce and has established himself as an expert in workforce sustainability and leadership development. Throughout his career, Dr. Tan has consistently demonstrated his proficiency in driving leadership evolution, effective team management, and strategic talent development initiatives. He is particularly renowned for his exceptional ability to cultivate engaging and enriching corporate learning environments that foster growth and innovation.
Dr. Tan’s extensive educational background has provided him with a strong foundation to make significant contributions to Asian workforce sustainability. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing learning cultures, assessing the effectiveness of various initiatives, and building valuable business relationships. His diverse skill set encompasses service leadership, innovative job redesign, comprehensive competency mapping, and effective team bonding strategies.
Furthermore, Dr. Tan excels in project management, training, and facilitation, showcasing his exceptional skills in instructional design, coaching, and organizational development. Currently, he is in the process of writing a book titled “Singapore Workforce Sustainability and Leadership,” which is expected to be published in 2023. Since 2020, Dr. Tan has also been actively involved in providing valuable guidance on curriculum development at the Singapore Training and Development Association.
